Role of the Institution in the GenomeIndia Project: To collect 1720 samples of 10 different communities from Gujrat and Madhya Pradesh state.

Accomplishments and Outcomes

  1. A total of 1720 samples were collected from 10 communities across the country.
  2. A total of 172 samples and Genome in a Bottle (showed >99.5% and 98.4% precision for calling SNPs and INDELs, respectively) sequenced and data have been shared with CBR through SCP server.
